   Proposal Description:
   Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and vascular dementia (VaD) are among the most common forms of dementia in older adults, after Alzheimers disease (AD). While some research has evaluated differences in rate of progression among these dementias, less is known about whether differences vary by age or sex.                                                                                        Objectives: 1) To estimate the rate of clinical progression in persons with       probable AD, DLB and probable VaD 2) to determine the extent to which the rate of clinical progression differs among these dementia types and 3) to evaluate whether any differences in the rate of clinical progression among these dementia types vary by age or sex
